Bologna will welcome the Fuori Salone from September 30th to October 5th, as a preview of the Vermouth Show.
In the city's restaurants, special menus will be offered, where vermouth will be used to enrich both traditional dishes and more contemporary proposals. Bologna's cocktail bars will offer a selection of drinks that will pay homage to vermouth, with modern twists on classics and new original ideas. A week dedicated to the taste and discovery of a product with timeless charm.
