Vermouth: a timeless icon of the Italian aperitif and a key product in contemporary mixology.
On the occasion and in connection with the Salone del Vermouth 2025, the February tasting will deal with this world-famous aromatized wine from Turin.
It is no coincidence that we have chosen to talk to you about it through an iconic company, as well as the first Vermouth producing company: Carpano, founded in 1786. Vermouth therefore has ancient roots, which sink into the past through herbal traditions and the even more ancient ones of Hippocratic wines.
The evening will be led by Fabio Bottini, Brand Developer of the Brand. Tasting of both the different types of Vermouth and the mixed product, thanks to the hand of our Bartenders. Paired with some samples of the typical combinations with Vermouth, in collaboration with the Caseificio Arrigoni Battista and Claudio Corallo's chocolate.
